We are inviting applications for full time and part time Accommodation Assistants with an eye for detail, takes pride in delivering 5* service to join and enhance our established team in Castlemartyr Resort.
As part of the Accommodation team, you will be operating in exciting, quality service.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Accommodation management team.

Knowledge and Experience
Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not required as full training will be provided

Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.

Ability to ensure that the guest expectation is consistently being met and surpassed as part of the team
Duties
To service and replenish hotel rooms to high company standards.
To clean public areas as required
To liaise with management and maintenance team as required
To ensure each room is prepared to a 5 star standard for new guests.
