Job Title: Business Development Manager - Security Systems Division
The role of the Business Development Manager is to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client's Security Systems Division. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new leads and follow up on existing ones to generate additional business and maximize revenue
- Develop relationships with current clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Support operations in the development of products and services, as well as training personnel to ensure high standards of delivery
- Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversion rates of proposals and tenders
Requirements:
- 5 years plus sales experience in the electronic security industry
- Strong communication and presentational skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to think creatively and understand customer requirements, matching these to company solutions
- Target driven, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Full clean driving licence
