About the Role:
* Transition supplier relationships from existing structures to a centralised approach, streamlining procurement processes and maximising cost efficiencies.
* Negotiate competitive contracts with key suppliers, securing favourable terms and driving improved performance.
* Oversee and manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring effective control of expenditure and identifying areas for improvement.
* Implement process improvements to enhance financial control and accuracy, refining procurement policies and procedures as needed.
* Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in procurement and supplier management.
Requirements:
For this challenging role, we require a degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in procurement. Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives is essential. Strong analytical skills, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities are also required.
