Project Leadership Role
The position of Senior Project Coordinator involves overseeing projects in a life sciences setting, contributing to scientific advancements that enhance patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Automation/Process Engineering and relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage key project deliverables for safety, financial management, schedule management, and scope management.
* Evaluate projects against good engineering practices, company policies, regulations, and codes.
* Collaborate with Global Engineering/Global EHS/Global Procurement to ensure alignment and support project deliverables.
* Adhere to stage-gate principles for managing the lifecycle of projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience across the project lifecycle within a pharmaceutical environment.
* Demonstrable capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion.
* Full project lifecycle experience from end-to-end design through to commissioning and handover.
* Understanding of the project management process; planning, scope development, design development, implementation, and project closeout.
