Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role involves:
* Leading and managing construction projects to deliver high-quality results on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design intent is met.
* Managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.
* Preparing and monitoring project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
* Overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conducting regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
* Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving issues proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience managing construction projects in the €400k€3M range.
* A background in fitout, residential, or heritage projects is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation.
* Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related trade.
