Job Overview
The Order Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order delivery, resolving pricing discrepancies, and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify purchase orders for accuracy, adhering to corporate and finance guidelines.
* Collaborate with customers to resolve queries regarding order and delivery status.
* Proactively notify customers of potential back-orders and serve as the primary point of contact for complaints management.
* Evaluate purchase orders against established standards.
* Communicate closely with sales teams to address EMEA back-orders, recovery plans, and supply chain shortages.
* Confirm shipment and delivery details, providing customers with collection arrangements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration.
* 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, or 3-5 years without required education.
* Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and email communication platforms.
* Demonstrated expertise in interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills:
* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Familiarity with business processes and organizational structures.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
* Knowledge of Supply Planning and product availability.
