Clinical Nurse Manager I Role
As a key member of the point of care team, this role leads the clinical management of theatre scrub nursing teams.
* Professional/Clinical: Assist theatre CNMs with patient care to ensure high professional standards using evidence-based care planning.
* Leadership: Provide high-level professional and clinical leadership to point of care staff, collaborating with theatre CNMs.
* Nursing Care: Ensure safe, comprehensive nursing care to service users within NMBI guidelines, working collaboratively with patients, families, carers, and other staff in treatment and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evidence-Based Practice: Participate in and encourage the development of evidence-based practice.
* Unit Audits: Assist in unit audits and data collection, monitoring incident occurrence with theatre CNM groups.
* Resource Management: Provide supervision, coordination, and deployment of nursing and support staff for optimal delivery of care.
