Job Description:
As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, supporting meetings, and promoting excellent customer service. You will also supervise staff, manage workloads, and support team well-being.
In addition, you will participate in service improvement initiatives, implement changes, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience at Grade IV level
* Strong administrative experience and ICT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
