Job Description
The primary function of the Site Manager
The role involves planning, managing and controlling site operations to ensure that all construction works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications and method statements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning & Programme Management: Develop short-term lookahead programmes (13 weeks) in line with the master construction programme. Coordinate and sequence works to maintain progress on critical path activities.
* Site Supervision: Supervise all on-site activities including direct labour, site engineers, foremen and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations.
