My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seeks to hire an
Accounts Administrator.
This role will suit someone coming from a Customer Service role.
This role is Monday to Friday on-site.
Responsibilities
* To provide accounts and administrative support for different company departments.
* To help with daily office tasks and financial duties.
* To make sure reports, invoices, and documents are completed on time.
* Help with month-end reports to make sure figures are complete and correct.
* Send customer invoices daily to ensure billing is on time.
* Manage ship-through claims to protect company profits and cash flow.
* Manage tender submissions to make sure they are correct and sent on time.
* Answer emails and phone calls and solve any issues quickly.
* Order office supplies to make sure there is always enough stock.
Requirements
* A degree or relevant experience in
Finance
,
Business Administration
, or a related area.
* Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role.
