About You
CTA qualified and/or a member of the Irish Taxation Institute
Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple tax heads
Experience managing client relationships within practice
Commercially aware with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership or team management experience would be advantageous
Comfortable working with owner‑managed businesses and corporate clients
Advisory experience desirable but not essential
Motivated, adaptable, and team‑oriented approach

As Tax Director, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering tax advice, and supporting the ongoing growth of the tax department within the region.
