Job Description:
The Audit and Accounts Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Audit and Accounts Department, including managing a portfolio of clients, coordinating billing and collections, identifying new business prospects, mentoring junior staff, and fostering strong client relationships.
This is a senior position with opportunities for partnership in the near future.
The ideal candidate should possess genuine ambition to reach Partner level, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
* ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification
* Experience as a Senior Manager/Director level
