Arcadis DPS Engineering are seeking a Digital MMD DeltaV Technical Lead for a pharmaceutical assignment located in Ballydine, Co. Tipperary. This is initially a 24-month contract.
Responsibilities
* SME for DeltaV Hardware implementation & write User requirements for DeltaV modules.
* Review and Approve related Design Documentation.
* Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV system
* Participate in sprint teams for software development.
* Participate in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning and testing.
* Follow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test).
* Ensure software is implemented in a safe fashion with quality a necessary output.
* Educate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes.
* Partner with internal Digital departments ensuring standard and secure implementation in line with company Standards
Requirements
* BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
* Training completed in DeltaV standard and batch. 5 or more years of experience in DeltaV application.
* Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on capital projects.
* Excellent understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/ 6 Sigma principles.
* Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential.
* Usual place of work will be in Ballydine, Ireland. This is a site-based role. The successful candidate may sometimes be required to attend meetings at Vendor premises as required.
