Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient running of your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough needs assessments for new and potential clients to provide personalized care solutions.
2. Regularly review and update risk assessments as needed to guarantee client safety.
3. Ensure all client visits are adequately covered by coordinating with colleagues.
4. Be available on-call in case of emergencies to provide immediate support.
5. Collaborate closely with care coordinators to manage recruitment, permanent allocation of care workers, and writing care agreements.
About the Role
This field-based position requires approximately 95% of working time to be spent supporting care workers and clients in their homes. The remaining 5% will be dedicated to administrative tasks in the office.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A strong command of written and spoken English.
* A Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent experience.
