In this role, you'll work with a dynamic, collaborative technology team to design, develop, and maintain business applications in areas like document management, knowledge management, and process automation — leveraging SharePoint Framework (SPFx), the Power Platform, and emerging Microsoft AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Solution Development – Build applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SPFx, Microsoft Teams, Office Add-ins, Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, Microsoft Dataverse, and more.
* Solution Design – Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectures aligned with user needs and strategic goals.
* Testing & Quality – Create and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet functional and performance standards.
* Maintenance & Support – Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support existing systems.
* Migration Projects – Move legacy applications to modern, cloud-based Microsoft architecture following best practices.
* Continuous Improvement – Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies, driving adoption of best practices within the team.
* Agile Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
What You'll Bring
Essential
* 2+ years of software development experience, with strong skills in TypeScript, React, and/or Angular.
* Proven ability to design and implement low-code / no-code solutions.
* Understanding of RESTful API integrations.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online.
* Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
Desirable
* Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
* Building Office Add-ins for Word/Outlook.
* PowerShell scripting (including PnP PowerShell).
* Microsoft Teams development and Azure services (Functions, Key Vault, Storage).
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API.
* Experience in legal or professional services.
* Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban).
