Lead Clinical Nurse Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager to spearhead day service development and delivery for adults with disabilities.
* Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of care strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals with disabilities
The ideal candidate possesses:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in leadership roles
* No less than 2 years' experience working directly with adults who require support due to their disability or mental health condition. This will include utilizing positive communication skills, de-escalation techniques when dealing with people experiencing emotional distress.
