Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting individuals with their daily plans and activities
* Providing care and support in the community
* Assisting with education, skills development, and personal outcomes
* Maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues and service users
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (registered with CORU)
* No formal qualification required for Assistant Support Worker position (all necessary training provided)
* Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
* Full Driver's Licence or in the process of achieving
