We are currently recruiting an 2 Digital Transformation Project Coordinator for our client based in Lisburn. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £19.59ph
Hours of work: Full Time - 9 to 5; Monday to Friday 37 hours
Key Responsibilities:
The Digital Transformation Branch aims to deliver the centralized management of NIEA Digital Projects. The Project Coordinator will provide operational support to the delivery of a suite of Management Information and Business Intelligence for the NIEA Chief Executive’s office.
To support the Head of Branch in the day to day management of the Digital Transformation Branch.
Provide Project support and coordination for branch key delivery targets
Ensure all stakeholders are engaged in Digital Transformation at an appropriate level, throughout the project timeline, providing channels for feedback and two way engagement
Provide good quality and evidenced based responses to correspondence requests.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
The minimum level of formal qualification required for the role holder would be a Bachelor’s degree. The role holder would be expected to have a knowledge of Digital Transformation and a minimum of 12 months project management experience.

Experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrate good planning and organisational skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to lead and work on own initiative.
IT skills including Word and Excel.
