Temporary Part time - Accounts Administrator & Office Co-OrdinatorJob SummaryIreland's leading current affairs magazine is looking to recruit a highly organised, unflappable, up-beat person to work in a busy role between the administration and accounts departments of the magazine.The successful candidate must have excellent English & attention to detail. Accounts background would be a benefit. You will also oversee the subscriptions and general administration of the magazine. Training will be provided but people with relevant experience will be prioritised.Responsibilities and Duties:General office administration (e.g. reception, clerical work, customer service, stock-keeping and ad-hoc duties)Inputting debtor payments to 2x accounts systemsDebt collectionOverseeing 2x subscription databases and subscriber payments over the phone and online (training provided)Managing numerous daily, weekly and monthly reports (e.g. distribution, circulation, print orders, purchase invoicing, debtor invoicing, and bank and visa statements)Assisting General Manager with yearly auditProviding support for the CEO, General Manager and Production ManagerProviding some cover for Production Manager during annual leave (training provided)Qualifications and SkillsSuperb written & spoken English is essentialHighly organised with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). High efficiency in Excel essential – successful candidates will be asked to do a test reportPrevious experience in accounts preferred.
