SETU requires an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with and provide guidance to academic and professional services managers across the University on a full range of HR matters. The HR Partner will be an important part of providing professional HR management support, advice and guidance to managers across the University. While the successful applicant will work directly with the HR manager it is also imperative that they have the ability to work on their own initiative in a demanding environment.
Essential and Desirable Criteria:
* A relevant degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline
* A Masters degree in HR or equivalent professional qualification
* At least 5 years post qualification HR generalist experience
* Full, clean Irish driving licence and own transport
Administrative Officer Grade VII Salary Scale: €60,011 - €78,016
