The role of the County Council as provided for in law is to represent, lead and serve the communities of Fingal.An opportunity now exists in Fingal County Council for the position of Senior Executive Officer.Job Summary/DescriptionReporting to a Director of Service, the Senior Executive Officer is charged with the efficient management, direction and development of the directorates/department and function to which they are assigned. Managers at this level work within defined parameters relevant to the position, in accordance with the Fingal County Council's vision and objectives as set out in its Corporate Plan.Delivery of efficient services and value for money are crucial. These are experienced managerial positions responsible for leading on policy implementation, service delivery and change management in a dynamic and goal driven environment.
