Our client, a top building contractor, requires a Finishing Foreman for a high end fit-out and facade upgrade project in Limerick City. There is 7 months left on the project. Responsibilities: Ensure all finishes are to an exceptional standard Liaise with client on site on a daily basis Responsible for Safety Management on site Suggest appropriate changes that will increase the overall efficiency of the building process without compromising Safety or Quality Working to an agreed programme and planning future works to avoid delays Plan, maintain and control the financial administration of all construction work to attain and maintain maximum cost effectiveness Requisitioning materials required on site in time and to the correct specification Attend various meetings to ensure the efficient communication of all issues that affect day to day running of the site Management of all onsite activity The ideal candidate will have: Construction Supervisor experience Experience managing high end finishes Demonstrated ability to see projects through from concept to completion Relevant Trade Qualification (or 3rd level degree) preferred Ability to prioritize workload Strong communication and problem-solving skills Pro-active approach Please apply with your CV below or contact Bobby on If this position isn't for you but you would like to discuss our other vacancies then feel free to get in touch or to suggest a colleague for the position as we have an attractive referral policy.
