Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Manager for one our well-established 4-star hotel clients in Co. Kerry.
The role of an Assistant Manager includes helping the General Manager keep the day-to-day operations running, providing excellent customer service to all employees and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this hotel.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2+ Years Hospitality Management experience in busy Hotel, Restaurant or Busy bar environment.
2. Ability to work well in a team environment.
3. Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Time Management & Rostering.
4. A Friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
5. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
6. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
7. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate self and team.
