This role involves partnering with the site leadership team to understand the business and translate that into an HR agenda. The successful candidate will be a critical part of our client's Human Resources function.

About the Role
\
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at a growing biopharma manufacturing facility. As an integral part of our Human Resources function, you will work closely with the Site Leadership Team (SLT) to understand the business needs and translate those into HR initiatives.
\
The ideal candidate will have a high level of interaction with employees and management, both in-person and through virtual communication platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' HR agenda is aligned with the business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
\
Talent Acquisition:
\
\
1. Partner with our People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
\
2. Ensure active sourcing of candidates to fill specialized positions in various functional areas.
\
3. Drive the recruitment process from opening to close.
\
4. Participate in the interview process, offering insights and recommendations for candidate selection.
\
Employee Relations:
\
\
5. Act as a primary point of contact for site employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
\
6. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
\
7. Promote a positive work environment and culture, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
\
Performance Management:
\

8. Guide and support site people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
\
9. Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
\
10. Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.
\
11. Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
\
Training and Development:
\

12. Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs for the manufacturing site.
\
13. Support the development of employees through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
\
14. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
\

15. Support the annual merit review process for the manufacturing site.

16. Advise management on policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation.

18. Stay updated on changes in employment law and best practices.
\
19. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:
\
\
20. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
\
21. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
\
22. Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
\
23. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
\
24. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
\
25. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
\
26. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
\
27. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
\
28. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
