Full job description Join AA Ireland as a Breakdown Assistance Customer Service Agent! We're looking for customer-focused problem solvers to support our 24/7 breakdown assistance service. This is apermanent, full-time rolewithfully paid trainingand excellent career growth opportunities. You will be required to complete 4-8 weeks of onsite training at our Dublin 2 office, scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. After training, the role will transition to fully remote working. We are seeking individuals who are available to work evening and weekend shifts. A sample of the late shift schedule is as follows: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (latest finish). Please note: You must be fully flexible and available to work any of these shifts between Monday and Sunday.
