Site Operations Manager
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple site crews, ensuring efficient operations.
* Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with the project team.
* Procure necessary plant and equipment to support site activities.
* Represent the company at client meetings, fostering strong relationships.
* Implement and maintain a safe working environment, conducting regular audits.
* Monitor and ensure high-quality site work, conducting inspections and issuing certifications.
* Record progress and manage design changes or delays, notifying stakeholders of any impact on project timelines and costs.
2. Requirements:
* Degree or certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management on civil or building projects.
* Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Quality on site.
* Strong engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills essential for effective decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a large team environment.
