Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support and enhance our digital construction capabilities across the business.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to step into a BIM Manager pathway, contributing to the development and implementation of BIM processes, technologies, and standards across projects.
Support the management of AEC software accounts, including licensing, renewals, and contracts
Assist in developing and delivering internal training programmes to upskill teams in digital construction
Actively participate in BIM and design meetings, providing expertise and driving coordination
Liaise with internal and external project teams to ensure BIM models are accurate and aligned with design intent
Identify discrepancies between models, shop drawings, and site conditions, raising issues proactively
Attend weekly BIM/design meetings and produce minutes and action trackers
Coordinate BIM models with stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines
Identify and resolve clashes within BIM models, escalating where required
Monitor BIM information management processes and Common Data Environment (CDE) compliance
Develop and maintain a library of reusable BIM families and templates
Support project delivery in line with BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Carry out additional duties as required by senior management
