Business Development Consultant

Drive business growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and driving long-term success for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
* Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business.
* Establish relationships with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals.
* Consult with clients to develop effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Romanian to support client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to think strategically and develop recommendations or action plans.
