Job Title: HR Generalist
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a European-wide HR function while working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting business-critical HR projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and managing data in our HRIS (Workday) and providing accurate dashboard reporting to managers.
* Coordinating and implementing HR reporting processes (e.g., payroll, recruitment, work permits).
* Supporting the outsourced monthly payroll process for both salaried and hourly staff.
* Ensuring work permit compliance, maintaining documentation and reporting KPIs.
* Collaborating with local and European teams on HR projects and technology implementations.
* Supporting recruitment and employer branding, acting as the main HR point of contact for queries and systems support.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years' experience in an HR role, ideally in a multinational or high-tech environment.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS - Workday experience preferred.
* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills - a true team player.
* A degree in HR or a related field with a CIPD qualification.
