Responsibilities
Ensure the store opens and closes in style each day.
Deliver a branded customer experience, managing sales, merchandising, and related activities.
Maintain store security and keep an eye on the security system.
Assist customers in finding their perfect pair of shoes and accessories.
Motivate and support the team, especially during busy periods.
Collaborate with the crew to hit sales goals.
Promote accessories and apparel.
Improve store performance and boost sales.
Enhance merchandising to keep the store looking fabulous.
Champion the employee experience and foster a close‑knit team.
