The Wilder Townhouse is a 42-bedroom boutique townhouse seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Breakfast Supervisor to oversee the morning food service. This role is key to delivering a premium guest experience in our stylish and intimate setting. The shift times would be from 06:00 to 14:30 Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient operation each morning. Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Train, supervise, and motivate the breakfast team. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and quality food service. Manage stock, ordering, and cost control related to breakfast operations. Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role in hospitality. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A genuine passion for guest service and attention to detail. Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required. Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
