Senior Change Management Specialist
Our organisation is seeking an experienced People Change Project Manager to undertake a contract role in Dublin.
This contract position, which starts as a daily rate arrangement for 6 months, offers an excellent opportunity for extension.
* Leading communications and engagement activities
* Business analysis
* Stakeholder management
* Impact assessment (stakeholders impacted, type and level of impact)
* Training needs analysis / training design and delivery
* Business or organisational readiness assessment
* Usage and adoption monitoring
Nice to have:
* Relevant third-level degree (e.g. in Psychology, HR, Organisational Change)
* Qualifications (Prosci, behavioural science, coaching)

Education Requirements: A third-level qualification is preferred.
