Job Title:
Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Children's Nursing
Role Summary:
A temporary specified purpose maternity leave cover post is available for a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Children's Nursing within the UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, curriculum design, and enhancement on undergraduate and graduate-taught programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teaching and Curriculum Development: Design and deliver high-quality teaching content, assessments, and evaluations to meet programme needs.
* Research and Scholarship: Engage in research and scholarship in children's nursing, contributing to the development of the School's research agenda.
* Academic Administration: Support the management of academic programmes, ensuring effective administrative processes.
* Clinical Partnerships: Collaborate with clinical personnel and external partners to enhance student learning experiences.
* Leadership: Assume leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Dean and Head of School, based on level of prior experience.
