Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

As a Senior Physiotherapist within the Primary Care Adult Service, you will work with a broad range of adult clients in the community. This diverse caseload includes:
* Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions
* Falls prevention and mobility issues
* Neurological rehabilitation
* General adult rehabilitation needs
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as lead clinician in assigned areas and manage a complex clinical caseload.
* Provide comprehensive assessment, goal setting, treatment planning, and review for adults with MSK, neuro, mobility, and falls-related presentations.
* Contribute to and lead on service development projects relevant to adult primary care.
* Support and supervise staff grade Physiotherapists and students as appropriate.
* Deliver physiotherapy interventions across varied settings including clinics and home visits.
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and the wider MDT.
* Document all client interactions in line with professional and departmental standards
* Promote health and wellbeing with an emphasis on prevention and independence.
* Participate in case conferences, review meetings, and multidisciplinary discussions.
* Contribute to professional standards, best practice, and CPD.
Requirements:
* Hold a Physiotherapy qualification recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
* Minimum of three years of post-graduate Physiotherapy experience, with at least one year at Senior level (preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting).
* Strong experience in Rehabilitation, falls prevention, MSK, and/or Neurological Physiotherapy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Full clean driver's license and access to a car for community visits.
