About the Role:

* As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our sites' facilities systems.
">
* You will oversee the timely completion of system work orders and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring compliance with relevant auditing standards.
">
* You will assist in maintaining a reliable supply of facilities systems across the site, overseeing planning and scheduling of system repair and maintenance activities.
">
* You will support audits and associate Compliance/Safety programmes, serving as a point of contact for facility-related queries.
">
* You will manage all Facilities contracts and contractors, maintaining a review process for contracts.
">
">
Your Responsibilities:
">
">
* You will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for site facilities systems, providing technical leadership to engineering, production, and support areas.
">
* You will conduct analysis of Bad Actors and drive a program to improve equipment reliability.
">
* You will manage and control associated site Facilities Operational Budgets, updating procedures for all site Facilities.
">
* You will ensure Maintenance Technicians are adequately trained in test methods and procedures.
">
* You will participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, and implement CAPAs.
">
* You will lead Deviation investigations within the department, using lean six sigma tools to drive root cause analysis and CAPA completion.
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in a facilities environment, preferably in sterile/biotech facilities within a pharmaceutical environment.
">
* Strong safety mindset and awareness of inherent system hazards, with an understanding of EHS and GMP compliance requirements.
">
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple customers to deliver shared goals.
">
* A proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and value across multiple process streams and customers.
">
* In-depth understanding of facilities programs, helpdesk environments, and supporting service/supplier contracts.
">
