The Role

Recruiter
to join our
Early Careers & Campus Team
in Ireland You will have the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies, whilst partnering with a genuinely collaborative professional services client to provide Early Careers Services.
Our relationship has evolved into a truly advisory one, allowing the team to work on a range of exciting and strategic projects alongside their recruitment role. We also partner with colleagues providing Experienced Hire and Contingent Solutions services for the client across the Republic of Ireland.
This is a pivotal early careers recruitment role within one of Ireland's leading professional services firms, with responsibility for the end-to-end management of the student work placement programme.
The role requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing recruiter who can balance operational excellence with relationship management. Working closely with university placement offices and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will build and sustain a strong pipeline of high-quality student talent, while ensuring a smooth, engaging and efficient recruitment experience for students throughout the full placement recruitment lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
* Responsible for following the end-to-end recruitment process
* Consult with the Early Careers hiring managers to create a detailed campaign plan, providing updates at each application stage
* Assist the Early Careers Recruitment Manager with developing the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agreeing the strategy with hiring manager
* Take responsibility where required for the design of end-to-end resourcing plans which meet requirements for Student Work Placement campaign
* Facilitate the selection process utilising the appropriate templates, including determining most appropriate selection process to measure candidates' skills as required
* Organise and facilitate virtual or face-to-face interviews
* Provide a high level of candidate care and ensuring frequent communication is deployed (e.g. debriefing candidates, keeping candidates 'warm')
* Be a visible and proactive presence, spending time onsite at the firm's offices and regularly visiting partner universities to strengthen relationships and maintain close engagement with key stakeholders.
* Ensuring the Early Careers Recruitment Manager is constantly aware of any relevant issues.
What do I need to succeed in this role?
Must haves:
* Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
* Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination)
* Excellent experience of building trust relationships with key stakeholders
* Experience of project ownership & coordination
* Exposure of client engagement at all levels
Nice to haves:
* In-house/RPO recruitment experience
* Early Careers experience
* An understanding of Graduate recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g. job profiling, campus attraction, selection and assessment)
* Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
* Professional Services experience
