Senior Site Manager Location: Limerick Sector: Commercial & Residential Construction Company Type: Tier 1 Main Contractor Overview Our client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Ireland.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline in the Mid-West region, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their Limerick-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for delivering large-scale, technically complex developments to the highest standards.
Role Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Maintain the highest standards of quality control and finishing Work closely with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, and design team Drive programme adherence and manage short-term lookahead planning Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to senior management Oversee logistics, sequencing, and site coordination on complex builds Requirements 8+ years' experience in site management, with significant experience on large-scale commercial and/or residential projects Proven track record working with a main contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing Experience managing projects from groundworks through to handover Strong IT skills (MS Project, Procore, or similar systems advantageous) Relevant construction qualification (Degree or Trade background with progression) What's on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Company vehicle / allowance Pension contribution Healthcare package Performance-related bonus Long-term career progression with a leading Tier 1 contractor Exposure to landmark commercial and residential developments Why Apply?
