Job Objectives
The role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker is to provide care to our Service Users. We support your development in delivering high-quality care, maintaining professional relationships with team members and Service Users.

Daily Responsibilities
* Supporting people with their daily plans
* Supporting people in the community
* Supporting education, skills development, and personal outcomes
* Supporting with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
* Adhering to all policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
* Shift work over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Skills Requirements
* Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided
* Social Care Workers: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
* Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
* Positive attitude and passion for supporting people
* Full Driver’s Licence required or in the process of obtaining one
