As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Quality Manager
This role involves ensuring that all products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations. You will minimize product performance claims and lead environmental, sustainability, and energy efficiency initiatives. This includes driving compliance with Group targets and roadmaps, representing the plant at Group Quality meetings, and delivering on Group KPIs and goals outlined in the 3-Year Master Plan, Weekly, and Monthly Scorecards for Quality & Sustainability.
* Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
* Minimize waste and optimize resource usage.
You will also contribute to operations initiatives such as cost deployment, energy, and safety Kaizen events, and CPM programs. This requires a strong focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
