They take great pride in keeping their properties in top shape and making sure tenants are well looked after.
The Job: We're looking for a hands-on handyman to join their team in Dn Laoghaire.
This job suits someone with good practical skills who enjoys fixing things and working as part of a small, supportive crew.
Main Duties: General repairs - plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry Routine checks on buildings and equipment Responding to maintenance requests Helping with small building jobs, moves, and setups Logging jobs and reporting bigger issues What You'll Need: 2+ years' maintenance or trade experience Full driving licence Good all-round practical skills Reliable, friendly, and able to work on your own Trade qualification or cert a bonus Other Info: Work across sites in Dn Laoghaire / Monkstown / Deansgrange all within ***** minutes of each other so you wont be doing lots of travelling.
