We're seeking an experienced
QA Lead
to own
test strategy, automation, and quality assurance
for
Android-based card acceptance applications
in a regulated payments environment.
You'll lead testing across multiple Android devices and complex payment flows, drive automation at scale, and provide clear quality and release-readiness reporting to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and lead QA strategy for Android POS applications
* Drive
test automation
(Appium, Espresso, API testing) and CI/CD integration
* Own test planning, execution, and release quality gates
* Ensure end-to-end coverage of
payment flows
and compliance (PCI, NEXO)
* Manage defects, QA metrics, and release readiness reporting
* Coordinate QA across engineering, product, security, and vendors
Key Experience
* QA leadership in
payments, fintech, or POS
* Strong Android testing and automation background
* Understanding of payment standards and terminal flows
* Excellent stakeholder communication and risk-based delivery
