As we enter a rapid growth phase and prepare for international expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and strategic Marketing Manager to join our leadership team.
The Role
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager to own and execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for building a world-class marketing engine from the ground up.
You will work in close partnership with our CEO and Sales Manager to define our market position, generate high-quality demand, and build scalable processes that will fuel our growth both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to be hands-on, building the systems and campaigns that will define ClubSpot's future success.
Key Responsibilities
* Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
* Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of ClubSpot's GTM strategy for new features, products, and markets.
* Define and segment target audiences (e.g., club treasurers, secretaries, chairpersons) and develop compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with their specific pain points.
* Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and ensure a strong competitive position.
* Demand Generation & Growth:
* Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads (MQLs).
* Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) and reporting on key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
* Sales & CEO Alignment:
* Collaborate daily with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless lead handoff process, consistent messaging, and a shared understanding of pipeline performance.
* Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitor battle cards.
* Work directly with the CEO to align marketing objectives with overall company goals, providing regular reports and strategic insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
* Building Scalable Processes:
* Implement and manage our marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools) to create efficient and repeatable processes.
* Document all marketing workflows to create a playbook that can be scaled as the team and company grow.
* Establish a data-driven framework for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all marketing activities to drive continuous improvement.
* Brand & Content:
* Oversee the content strategy to position ClubSpot as a thought leader in club management and sports technology.
* Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice and identity across all customer touchpoints.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
* Experience:
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
* Proven, hands-on experience developing and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies that have driven significant revenue growth.
* Demonstrable experience in building and scaling a marketing function, including implementing processes and systems.
* Skills:
* Strategic & Analytical: You are data-driven at your core. You can translate data into actionable insights and build strategies based on facts, not just feelings.
* Collaborative Leader: You excel at working cross-functionally, especially with sales and executive teams, to achieve shared goals.
* Expert Communicator: You can craft clear, compelling messaging for different audiences and present your ideas and results effectively.
* Hands-On Executor: You are comfortable both setting the high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, write copy, or analyze a report.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern marketing tools, including CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
* Bonus Points For:
