As a Senior Associate, Communications, you will play a key role in developing and delivering internal and external communications across multiple channels, using data-driven insights and analysis to enhance impact.

Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Support Assist in the development and delivery of internal communications, including leadership messages and business updates, across various channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls etc.
).
Collaborate across the business and identify content opportunities which promote Grant Thornton's business strategy, culture and values.
External Industry Communications Assist in drafting and editing content for external communications, including industry updates, newsletters, and thought leadership.
Coordinate with industry leaders, marketing and external PR agency to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.
Monitor industry news and trends to support content planning.
Metrics & Analysis Track and report on communications performance using analytics tools.
Analyse data, provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach, identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Support the development of dashboards and reports for leadership.
Collaboration & Coordination Work with colleagues across Ireland and the US to ensure communications are culturally appropriate and aligned with global objectives.
Support project management for communications campaigns and initiatives.
Experience and Knowledge Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a business communications or marketing role, preferably with exposure to both internal and external communications.
Familiarity with digital communication and data analytics tools, dashboards and platforms (e.g., intranet, Power BI, smartsheets, analytics dashboards) is an advantage.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment is a plus.
Skills Strong copy writing and editorial skills to develop compelling content for both internal and external channels including newsletters, emails, intranet articles, press releases and social content.
Ability to collaborate at all levels with business, HR, and other internal stakeholders to drive engagement and coach in communications best practice.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to adapt content to a variety of audiences and formats.
Passion for storytelling and engagement.
Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to inform decisions, along with data analytics experience.
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
