Were seeking a skilled Regulatory Case Manager to lead a small team within the Veterinary Sciences department. Youll manage high-volume regulatory applications, oversee key projects, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Initial 2-year contract with strong potential to become permanent. What Youll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop your team. Manage regulatory applications (variations, new applications, transfers, scientific advice, SPC harmonisation). Act as Subject Matter Expert for projects and systems. Monitor progress, ensure deadlines, and maintain quality. Produce reports and performance metrics. Drive process improvements and uphold compliance standards. Represent the organisation at meetings. What Youll Need: 2+ years relevant office/administration experience. Proven people management and leadership skills. Strong planning, organisational, and communication abilities. Experience handling diverse, high-volume workloads. Confidence with workflow/IT systems and performance reporting. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Nice to Have: Knowledge of national/EU veterinary regulatory procedures. Experience in veterinary medicinal product licensing.
