About the Job As the Private Client Tax Director, you will: Manage the teamin maintaining and developing relationships with a portfolio of private clients, including coordination of service offerings from other departments. Ensure payment and return filing deadlinesare met for a portfolio of private tax clients. Advise private clientson potential structures suitable for their business, transfer pricing, profit repatriations, and succession planning opportunities. Act as a key memberof an integrated client service team working on a wide range of assignments, including tax advisory projects. Contribute towards collective targetsfor billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals. Engage in business developmentand marketing initiatives at firm, department, and team levels. What Skills You Need To be successful in this role, you should have: AITI qualification and be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years working in practice. Experience working with private clients. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in interpreting Irish Tax legislation, relevant commentary, and case law. Experience managing client relationships to completion. Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and planning capabilities. Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure. Excellent computer literacy skills.
