This high-visibility role is part of afast-growing international marketing teamand offers the chance to translate global strategy intolocally relevant campaignsthat drive awareness, adoption, and measurable business impact.This product helps professionalshire, connect, and grow their careers, and is used by millions worldwide. As part of ahigh-growth international marketing team, you will translateglobal strategy into locally relevant campaigns, driving awareness, adoption, and measurable commercial impact.This is a senior, high-visibility role ideal for an experienced B2B marketer who can combinestrategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively across international teams.Responsibilities:Lead the country Go-to-Market strategy for the product in France.Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, webinars, content, influencer, and partner programs)Translate global programs into locally relevant narratives and campaigns, adapting for language and market nuancesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and executionManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across all programsTrack and report on campaign performance, adoption metrics, and commercial impact to senior stakeholdersServe as the go-to-market expert, enabling sales and customer success teams with toolkits and campaign supportYour profile:Native or near-native French with strong English for global collaboration4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech/SaaSProven ability to work cross-functionally and report to senior stakeholdersExperience in HR tech, Talent Acquisition, or L&D environments (preferred)Strong project manager, able to lead campaigns independentlyStrong experience in project managing marketing campaigns, aligning multiple stakeholders to internal processes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, setting and tracking progress toward defined goalsDemonstrated ability to execute complex campaigns with speed, quality, and attention to detailSolid project management experience, managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholdersIf you are curious to know more and if your profile fits perfectly with this position, please reach out to Iraia at or send us your updated CV to By applying here you agree to RECRUITERS storing your CV in our secure applicant tracking system (ATS; Bullhorn).
