Programme Administrator – Azure Cloud Migration

We’re looking for a highly organised Programme Administrator to support a major Azure cloud migration and modernisation programme. You’ll provide essential coordination, documentation, and governance support across multiple technical workstreams, helping the project run smoothly in a fast‑paced transformation environment.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate meetings, workshops, stand‑ups, and cross‑team activities
Maintain project documentation: RAID logs, minutes, change records, and artefact libraries
Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across migration workstreams
Prepare dashboards and status updates for PMO and senior stakeholders
Support financial admin: POs, timesheets, vendor billing
Ensure compliance with project governance and Azure cloud standards
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external suppliers
Manage collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams)
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in project support, coordination, or administration
Experience in IT or cloud‑related projects (Azure exposure ideal)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and change control
Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and project tools (Jira, MS Project, ADO)
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to have:
PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, or Azure Fundamentals
