Our client, a fast-growing & ambitious property development company is building a fully integrated property platform focused on identifying, delivering and operating high-quality residential and mixed-use assets.As part of their Build-to-Retain strategy, they are seeking an Asset & Operations Manager to establish and manage the operational performance of their retained assets.This is a rare opportunity to build and scale the operating platform of a growing development business, working closely with development and construction teams to ensure the assets perform at the highest level from day one.The RoleBased in Galway - the Asset & Operations Manager will play a central role in maximising the financial and operational performance of our client’s retained portfolio.You will oversee leasing strategy, operational setup, tenant experience, and cost control while helping shape how the assets are operated long-term.
