Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of a diverse client portfolio for individual and corporate compliance, tax consultancy, debt restructuring, succession planning, estate planning, fundraising investment schemes overseas transaction advice international tax assignments VAT advisory.
* Bespoke tax planning advice general financial guidance on addressing ad-hoc technical consultancy queries completing tax returns conducting research on legislation taxes supervising trainees juniors within the team participating Revenue audits representing clients company interests.
