Overview
Associate Technical Consultant at Zoom (Workvivo). This entry-level role supports customers by addressing queries and troubleshooting technical issues, with a focus on Authentication (e.g., SSO) and User Provisioning (e.g., SCIM API). You will build a repository of resources, become an expert on the platform, and represent the Voice of the Customer to the Product team for continual improvement. This role is ideal for recent graduates.
Responsibilities
* Lead IT calls with our Customers’ technical teams to set up and configure Single Sign-On and User Provisioning
* Be the technical point of contact for our Customers
* Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* Identify trends in customer issues and communicate with the wider team
* Empathize with every aspect of the Customer journey, putting customers’ needs first
* Troubleshoot issues, reproduce defects, and document bugs for engineering teams
* Communicate with customers and colleagues and resolve issues through email, chat or Zoom
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a similar role or a customer-facing role
* Experience with SQL and writing SQL queries
* Able to resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* Ability to identify trends in customer issues and share knowledge with the wider team
* Ability to lead IT calls with customers’ technical teams to set up and configure SSO and User Provisioning
* Provide best-in-class support by communicating with empathy to drive issues to resolution
* Provide support and guidance on Workvivo features and capabilities to drive high value
* Work proactively, anticipating customer questions and building trust
